RAVIOLI WİTH SPINACH&RICOTTA AND TOMATO SAUCE

Preparation

All materials are taken into a pan and boiled. Boiled ravioli are cooked in boiling sauce for 2 minutes.

    Ingredients: (1 portion)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 ml cream
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a pinch of sweet pepper powder
  • one teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • one teaspoon of chopped fresh basil

RAVIOLI WITH CREAM AND MUSHROOM

Preparation

When the onions get light pink colour in olive oil, other materials are added and boiled. Add boiled ravioli. Served after cooking for 2 minutes

    Ingredients: (1 portion)
  • A medium size tomato
  • 10 g chopped onion
  • 2 grams of crushed garlic
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 dessert spoon olive oil

PANZEROTTI WITH POTATO and TOMATO DIP SAUCE

Preparation

Tomato paste and pepper paste lightly roasted with olive oil. Tomatoes are chopped as cubic and added with other ingredients. It is boiled and left to temper. Panzerotties are fried in hot oil (170 degrees), served with dip sauce.

  • A medium size tomato
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • a pinch of salt
  • half a teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped basil

PANZEROTI WITH TUNA FISH AND TOMATO&CAPER SAUCE

Ingredients

Preparation
